Celebration Web Design Spotlight: Celebration CrossFit
Refined Impact expanded to Central Florida over a year ago. Since then, we’ve had the pleasure of working with Celebration CrossFit on various projects. Our first encounter was the overhaul of their website. This was also one of our first local Celebration web design projects. We were excited to create a new website that looked great and would generate revenue.
SPOILER ALERT: Within the first month of launching, the new website generated enough revenue to cover the entire cost of the redesign.
When we first spoke with Erik Lipetz, owner and head coach at Celebration CrossFit, he already knew the importance of his web site. He had created his own website using the Squarespace platform, but was limited in the customization that was offered through a do-it-yourself (DIY) website builder.
Here were the key challenges that needed to be addressed with the new CrossFit Celebration web design:
- Integration with Wodify, a CrossFit workout platform where athletes can log in and track their progress.
- Scheduling “Drop-Ins”, single classes taken by out of town CrossFit athletes visiting the area. In addition to scheduling these Drop-In visits, there needed to be a system to collect waivers and payments.
- Creating landing pages for online advertising through Facebook and Google.
- Selling memberships and promotional courses through the website.
The DIY platform that Erik was using didn’t offer simple solutions for these problems. Refined Impact was able to offer a custom CrossFit Celebration web design that included all of these necessary features.
Now, visitors to CelebrationCrossFit.com can:
- View the daily workouts via Wodify in the Celebration CrossFit Blog.
- Schedule a Drop-In class, sign an electronic waiver, and pay for the class in advance.
- Purchase memberships to courses online.
We also create and maintain landing pages that correspond to each advertisement that Erik runs for his business. Now he target ads towards particular programs and demographics and provide relevant content to the visitor. As a local Celebration web design agency we want to help other local businesses and small business owners like ourselves. Just a few weeks after launching the new Celebration web design, the revenue from online membership sales exceeded the cost of the re-design. That’s a great return on investment for any small business!
